Hotel Description

First Impressions

Walking into Adina Apartment Hotel Stuttgart, you immediately get that “this is exactly what I needed” feeling. It’s one of those places that hits the sweet spot between hotel service and apartment freedom — honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the concept, but it works really well. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and the staff actually seems to know what they’re doing rather than just going through the motions.

Location & Getting Around

The location in Stuttgart-Mitte is genuinely excellent — I mean, you’re basically in the heart of everything without the chaos you’d expect. Kopenhagener Street might not sound familiar, but trust me, you’ll appreciate being this central once you start exploring. What surprised me most was how quiet it stays despite being so well-positioned. You can walk to the main shopping areas, and the public transport connections are solid if you want to venture further out. There’s parking on site too, which honestly saves you a headache if you’re driving — finding spots in this part of town can be a real pain otherwise.

The Apartment Experience

Here’s where this four-star place really shines — each apartment feels like you’re staying in a well-designed city flat rather than a cookie-cutter hotel room. The kitchen setup is actually functional (not just for show), with proper appliances and enough space to prepare meals if you want to skip eating out every night. I found myself using it more than I expected, especially for morning coffee and quick breakfasts. The living areas have this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to settle in for longer than just a night or two.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast buffet deserves a mention — it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything’s fresh and there’s enough variety to keep you happy whether you’re grabbing something quick or taking your time. What I appreciated was the quality of the basics: good coffee, fresh bread, and they actually know how to do eggs properly. You know what’s nice? You can also take things back to your apartment if you prefer eating in your own space rather than the dining area.

Why Guests Love It

After staying here, I totally get why couples rate the location so highly — there’s something romantic about having your own little Stuttgart base where you can cook dinner together or just relax without hotel walls feeling like they’re closing in. The whole setup gives you independence while still having hotel services when you need them. It’s that rare combination where you feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it, and honestly, that makes all the difference for a memorable stay.

To book hotel in Stuttgart during the famous Stuttgart Ballet season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts automotive enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

  • Ideal base for 1 day visit to Stuttgart. – Carrie from United Kingdom – August 4, 2025 (9/10)

Great room on a corner so we had 2 way views. Adina is close to the station, although the opposite way to town. We liked breakfast on floor 7. The pool isn’t large but it is smart and clean.

  • Just perfect – Diana from Switzerland – August 3, 2025 (10/10)

I very rarely give a 10, if ever. I liked this place very much. Room, pool, kitchenette, location, all new, perfect for us.

What could be improved: We didn’t try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent.

  • It was good stay! – Timo from Netherlands – August 1, 2025 (8/10)

Modern design with all the comforts, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—especially at breakfast, where the service was outstanding. A top city stay.

  • Great value for money, comfortable, clean and right next to a shopping mall! – Carolyn from Netherlands – July 31, 2025 (10/10)

Enjoyed the facilities (gym, sauna), breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and location was amazing (very close to the city center or actually already in the city center and next to a new shopping mall). Pet friendly as well (I had a small dog with me).

What could be improved: Parking entrance was a bit further from the entrance but the staff were very helpful with explaining how to get there. Once you find your way around the entrance, it is actually quite easy to get to the room.

  • Just perfect.. – Rumana from Oman – July 29, 2025 (10/10)

The location is just perfect. It is near the mall and within 5 mins to the high street via U-bahn (subway). The best if all was the staff and their loyalty. Very trustworthy ♥️

What could be improved: It was perfect overall. We only had an issue with the sockets in the bedroom not working. I asked only once to get it fixed but I guess the staff might have forgotten it, but I was fine with it because I managed to use the sockets in the living room for charging.

  • Great apartment room, well appointed with great views on the 20th floor – Andrea from New Zealand – July 24, 2025 (10/10)

Great room with great views on the 20th floor. Great location.

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Very Good – Abbey from Australia – July 23, 2025 (8/10)

Great location if travelling by train. Loved the washer/dryer combo and complimentary washing powder. Great size room. Good facilities. Great breakfast.

What could be improved: We didn't have a tea towel to dry the dishes. Also was missing a face washer. Minor things that did not impact our stay at all. Highly recommend this accommodation 😍

  • Lovely apartment, would stay again – Justine from United Kingdom – July 23, 2025 (10/10)

The property was a short walk from the station, we didn’t head into the city but we did use the public transport to get to the Zoo, so location was great.
    Facilities were as described.
Check in and bar staff were very friendly.

    What could be improved: Nothing
