  Very friendly and helpful staff!
  
  Clean and spacious enough room, excellent and large bed. As we were travelling with hand luggage only, appreciated the washing machine and dryer available free of charge.
  
  The hotel entrance and the shopping center door are literally 5 meters away from each other. Very convenient. Also there are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood that you can visit on Sunday in case you do not fancy a walk or short uber ride to the city center.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast was more or less the same every morning and the service was a bit slow (there were quite a lot of people at the same time and the food kept running out).
  
  On the departure day, we were given rather modest set to go with us (considering the price paid and as they were not able to send us off with any of the items we originally requested from the daily service). Agree that we had a very early start but it was still a bit disappointing.

  We did not partake of breakfast supplied by the hotel because it was too expensive for our needs.

  Good location, close to Stuttgart Banhof within walking distance if you need, about 15 minutes walk or 5 min by taxi. Parking lot attached to the hotel that belongs to a mall with special hotel guest fee ($25/day). Very convenient to whom uses car.
  
  What could be improved: Room had a rumbling noise, probably coming from AC unit. This was downside of our stay. Maybe just a bad lucky with the room.

  The overall aesthetic of the place it’s not too formal or too serious!
  
  What could be improved: The fact that the televisions are not smart tv with the option for chrome cast etc in this generation that’s a bit backward lol. throw in some good smart tv’s with apps like Netflix and prime and you’re good to go!
