Hotel Description

First Impressions

Walking into Brera Stuttgart, you immediately get that feeling of stumbling onto something special — it’s one of those places that feels both polished and genuinely welcoming. The lobby has this modern European vibe that doesn’t try too hard, and honestly, the staff seems to actually care about making your stay work. I mean, you can tell within the first five minutes whether a hotel gets it or not, and this four-star property definitely gets it.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about the Wernerstraße location — you’re in Stuttgart proper without being stuck in the tourist chaos. The area has that authentic German neighborhood feel, with actual locals going about their business, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. There’s parking right on site (which, trust me, is a godsend in Stuttgart), and the public transport connections are solid if you want to ditch the car for a day. Couples seem to particularly love this spot — I can see why, since it strikes that perfect balance between being central and feeling like you’ve found your own little corner of the city.

The Room Experience

The room design hits that sweet spot between sleek and comfortable — you know, modern without feeling cold or sterile. Everything actually works the way it should (shocking, I know), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The beds are properly comfortable, not just Instagram-pretty, and the bathrooms have that clean, minimalist German efficiency thing going on. What really impressed me was the attention to details — good lighting for actually reading, decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, that sort of thing.

Breakfast & Dining

The continental breakfast setup is honestly better than I expected — they’ve got the usual suspects covered, but with enough local touches to make it interesting. Fresh bread that’s actually fresh, decent coffee, and they don’t skimp on the good stuff. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’ll definitely fuel you up properly for whatever Stuttgart adventure you’ve got planned. The restaurant area has this relaxed morning atmosphere where you can actually take your time instead of feeling rushed through a hotel breakfast assembly line.

Why Guests Love It

Look, what makes Brera Stuttgart work is that it delivers on the fundamentals without any unnecessary fuss. Recent guests consistently rate the location highly, and after spending time here, I get it — you’re positioned perfectly to explore Stuttgart while having a genuinely comfortable base to return to. The whole experience feels thoughtfully put together rather than just thrown together, if that makes sense. It’s the kind of place where you’d happily book again because you know exactly what you’re getting — solid comfort, good location, and staff who seem to understand that small details make the difference between an okay stay and one you’ll actually remember fondly.

Reviews

  • Exceptional – Dimitra from United States – August 11, 2025 (10/10)

Very accommodating staff. Comfortable apartment. Good size. Warm showers. Kitchenette is small, but we cooked full dinners each night. Smoke detectors are apparently very sensitive, but we left the doors open while cooking and had no issues.

What could be improved: The coffee maker was not clean and had a used pod in it. Ran several times with water, but it still produced black suit (coffee remnants)

  • Super location – Ana from Germany – July 20, 2025 (8/10)

It was very close to the Bahnhof and also to the Porsche museum as well as to the city. It also good for runners as it has a lot of green places to run. Nice common area and it has a small gym that you can use and also a vending machine. There is a supermarket just around the corner so it's easy to get snacks

What could be improved: The floors were sticky throughout the entire stay not necessarily bad but kind of uncomfortable.

  • Wonderful – Jayaramvignesh from Germany – July 19, 2025 (9/10)

Bed is very comfortable. Location is good. Very close to the bahnhof. Room is clean. Parking isn't a problem, many free parking available around the hotel.

  • very recommendable – Carlos from Spain – May 12, 2025 (10/10)

alles da was man braucht und modern

  • Exceptional – Ilhan from Turkey – March 30, 2025 (10/10)

    Clean, location

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • overall stay was very good – Anupam from India – December 30, 2024 (8/10)

there is a parking in front of hotel that is free so no need to pay for the parking

What could be improved: Bed size was too small for 2 adults with kids… it should be king size bed

  • Great price and very comfortable – Jane from Switzerland – December 8, 2024 (9/10)

    Location, clean and comfortable

What could be improved: Not many facilities

  • Very nice stay – gym, pool table, washing machine and comfortable beds – Shakirah from Australia – December 6, 2024 (9/10)

Very close to train station. Comfortable bed and perfect for what we needed. We were visiting Stuttgart purely for the Porsche and Mercedes Benz museums which was super easy and convenient with the train nearby. Black out curtains were prime for a good nights rest. Facilities were clean and great having the washing machine, gym and pool table downstairs.

What could be improved: Could have used a fridge in our room but I understand that another member of our group had one so just depends what you get. Can hear trains throughout the night.

  • he is the best – Arboleda from Spain – November 4, 2024 (10/10)

I liked everything, the price, the comfort, the tranquility, the location, the access to public roads, the access to transportation, absolutely everything was very good, I recommend it.

What could be improved: I didn't know where the garbage was, so I went down with the bags to throw them away and I didn't find where, so I went back and left 10 euros upstairs for the person who arrived to throw it away because I didn't find it. I didn't know where to throw it away, even though I asked and they told me in the basement, but there were many doors, some that opened, others that opened for me.

  • Wonderful – Mohamed from Egypt – October 26, 2024 (9/10)

The location is great, 2 minutes to the U station, 4 minutes to the S station, very well furnished and clean.

What could be improved: Being a self service apartment, you cannot contact anyone except on the phone or email, and if this is on weekend, no one will reply to you with any solution.
Also the heating is underfloor heating, and the thermostat is 1 2 3 4 5 system, so you can't know what the temperature is, so you have to open the heating and wait for the result after a long while, we did this and woke up after an hour feeling extremely hot
