  The location and the size were fantastic. The view from the balcony was superb.

  The apartment was very spacious compare to other apartments, has 3 bedroom in it, all facilities was provided , washing machine was available. dryer was there as well ( although not working). location was very good, on top of a mall. and in the city, near most of the attraction, close as well to tram station.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness was not professional. the dryer was not working. although we have complained and someone said will come but he didn't come. No AC, in summer can be very hot

  The owner was very responsive and kind. Location was excellent. There was not body wash when we arrived and she got it delivered that same night for us, which we where happily surprised. The apartment is big and very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The person that was supposed to check us in was not responsive. The owner had to drive back and do the check in for us. So we waited longer than expected. The apartment floor was a bit dirty.

  The address provided in check-in instruction is not the address of the actual apartment. Check-in instruction does not state the need to notify the host 30 minutes before arrival. Apparently they sent a message via booking.com messages. We were left freezing at the doorstep of another property until host came and picked us up to walk to a different place. Felt very dodgy until we saw the actual place, which was rather fine.

  Location was excellent, shopping centre on door step which contains a good array of shops and food options. U bahn also closeby. Easy access to all main attractions. Helpful host as responsive to requests
