  Very important!! => Payment is done directly to the host, not via Booking, initially we were afraid it might be a scam, we called booking and they said that they are partnering with this host for almost 2 years now and indeed, we did direct IBAN transfer to the host and everything was as expected.
  
  Property was located in a very nice area, lots of shops and places to visit.
  Very good restaurants nearby and well connected with S-Bahn.

  The location is very quite despite being 5 mins from train station. Supermarket and pharmacy are right across the road. Facilities were worn out a bit but they are all functional well, you have everything for long stay.

  Great location with super access to public transport. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the correspondence from the host to make sure we could access the property easily.

  Great location and very nice old style apartment, very good renovated. It was calm and there was a TV with Netflix. Very easy to reach with public transportation and a very nice bakery near by. The explanation to reach the apartment were really clear and precise.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was working good in one room, in the kitchen and in the corridor. In the rest of the apartment was not working properly.
