Hotel Description
First Impressions
Walking into Hola Hotel Stuttgart, you immediately sense this isn’t your typical business hotel — there’s something refreshingly modern about the whole setup. The four-star property sits in Zuffenhausen, which honestly surprised me at first since most visitors stick to Stuttgart’s city center. But you know what? That turned out to be one of its biggest advantages. The lobby feels contemporary without trying too hard, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests arrive.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about Zuffenhausen — it’s actually brilliant for exploring Stuttgart properly. You’re away from the tourist crowds but still connected to everything that matters. The free private parking on site is a game-changer if you’re driving (and in Germany, that’s often the smartest way to see the region). I mean, finding parking in central Stuttgart can be a nightmare, so having your own guaranteed spot feels like winning the lottery. Recent guests have been rating the location really highly — 8.3 out of 10 — and I can see why. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing real Stuttgart, not just the sanitized tourist version.
The Rooms
The rooms at Hola Hotel Stuttgart strike that perfect balance between functional and comfortable. Nothing flashy, but everything works exactly as it should. The beds are properly firm (thank goodness), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase without playing Tetris with your belongings. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details — decent lighting for reading, outlets where you actually need them, and blackout curtains that do their job. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with that satisfying European shower pressure that makes you want to stay under the water longer than necessary.
Why Couples Choose This Place
There’s definitely something about this hotel that appeals to couples — the feedback consistently shows pairs rating it highly for romantic getaways. I think it’s the combination of being slightly removed from the hustle while still having easy access to Stuttgart’s wine bars and restaurants. The neighborhood has this authentic German feel that makes you want to stroll around in the evening, maybe grab dinner at one of the local spots that locals actually frequent. It’s not trying to be a romantic resort, but there’s an intimacy to the scale and setting that works really well for two people exploring the city together.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
What makes Hola Hotel Stuttgart work is its unpretentious approach to hospitality. You’re not paying for marble lobbies or celebrity chef restaurants — you’re getting solid, reliable comfort in a location that actually enhances your Stuttgart experience. The free parking alone saves you money and stress, but it’s really the combination of being well-positioned, well-run, and reasonably priced that keeps people recommending it. Sometimes the best hotels are the ones that just get the basics right and let the city be the star of the show.
Stuttgart’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with modern amenities, perfect for business travelers wanting to experience daily life in this technologically advanced German city.

Reviews
Price is great but you need to manage your expectations – Eglė from Lithuania – August 7, 2025 (8/10)
The room is newly done and big compared with rest options.
What could be improved: Keep in kind that there is a church next door, the bells are quite an issue for some. It starts at 6 am.
Doors are quite thin so you cam hear your neighbors and they can hear you.
Bathroom equipment is oldschool so expect that water will be running and wont stop or shower doors do not close fully.
For the price its amazing, just manage your expectationsOverall, it was cozy 3 nights stay. – Suman from Finland – May 13, 2025 (9/10)
Less than 15 minutes commute from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and seems to be quite neighbourhood which I enjoyed.
What could be improved: No interaction with the host was something I don’t prefer personally. But I got sorted with my needs. So, no complain.Very Good – Thomas from Germany – May 7, 2025 (8/10)
Room was very clean and had a big bath section. Bed was very comfortable.
What could be improved: The bell towers ringing was a bit distracting when trying to sleep, but nothing to complain about the room.Wonderful – Mehret from Netherlands – October 28, 2024 (9/10)
It is clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: No breakfast and refrigerator.Good – Tomislav from Switzerland – June 21, 2024 (7/10)
Good location near S-bahn, very clean, nice firm bed.
What could be improved: There is only one key, so you have to arrange for your fellow traveller to come down to open main gate. Ok for one night, but keep in mind there is no fridgeGood – Zoe from Australia – May 21, 2024 (7/10)
Close to public transport to get around the city easily. Lots of food options close by too. There were no staff to greet you, but the check-in information was simple and efficient with lockboxes
What could be improved: Hotel is right next to a church with bells that ring every 15 minutes from 6am until 10pm. The rooms have very little soundproofing, so don't expect to sleep in.Wonderful – Artur from Portugal – February 28, 2024 (9/10)
Excellent location with all comodoties near by, awsome bakery for breakfast a few steps away, lot´s of option for lunch or dinner all reachable on foot,. Very quite and charming neighborhood. The hotel is cosy, the rooms are spacious very warm in the cold german weather and most of all Lola is a very friendly and dedicated host always available for any request you might have, don´t expect 5* star hotel but rather kind of being home away. Nicely done Hola! Thanks Lola!
What could be improved: Honestly couldn´t expect anything else for the value, maybe breakfast availabilty but anyway the options near by are so good that we didn´t mind at all.Good – Diana from Germany – November 13, 2023 (7/10)
Accessible by metro. Renovated hotel.
What could be improved: Reception till 6pm. There was no kettle as indicated on the Booking description. No front desk. Overwhelming paint fumes. – Kevin from Germany – June 7, 2024 (3/10)
Room was clean and nicely furnished.
What could be improved: No front desk. Overwhelming paint fumes. I checked out a day early because of that and no offer of a refund. There was nobody there.Very good bed and spacious room 😍 – Nashwan from Croatia – March 23, 2024 (10/10)
Very spacious room, clean, quiet, good location, and very comfortable bed!
What could be improved: Only the price. And i unfortunately all hotels have high prices in that area.
