Honestly, when I first walked into LaMiaCasa City-Grande Family-Business Groups, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone — it sounds a bit corporate, doesn’t it? But this five-star property in Stuttgart completely changed my perspective within minutes. The lobby has this warm, family-run feel despite being a luxury establishment, and you can tell immediately that someone actually cares about the details here. The staff greeted me like I was visiting relatives, which I mean, given the family-business aspect in the name, maybe that’s exactly the vibe they’re going for.

Location & Getting Around

The Stuttgart-Ost location on Bussenstraße is actually brilliant — you’re close enough to the city center that you can walk or take a quick tram ride, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant noise and chaos. What really sold me though was the parking situation. Finding free parking in Stuttgart is like finding a unicorn, but here it’s included and stress-free. I watched couples checking in throughout my stay, and you could see the relief on their faces when they realized they didn’t have to circle blocks looking for a spot or pay ridiculous daily fees.

The Room Experience

My room was spacious in that distinctly German way — everything perfectly organized and functional, but with genuine luxury touches that felt earned rather than flashy. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and the bathroom had this rainfall shower that I may have used twice in one evening (don’t judge me). What struck me most was how quiet everything was — thick walls, quality windows, the kind of attention to detail that lets you actually rest in a city environment.

Dining & Amenities

The restaurant downstairs serves this interesting mix of international cuisine with local Stuttgart influences, and I have to say, their breakfast spread was impressive without being overwhelming. You know what I appreciated? They had proper coffee — not that watery hotel stuff — and the staff actually remembered how I liked it by day two. The spa facilities are compact but well-designed, perfect for unwinding after walking around Stuttgart’s hills all day (and trust me, there are more hills than you’d expect).

  The apartment was spotlessly clean with two bathrooms and two separate toilets, which was perfect for a group of 6.

  “Great Apartment in Stuttgart!”
  We stayed at this apartment for one night during our trip, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. Although we didn’t spend much time there, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Traveling as a group of five friends, we found the space perfect for us. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a short or long stay in Stuttgart!

  Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything we need and moreover organized beautifully. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Our stay was very pleasant. No trouble at all. We were able to find a parking spot off the street everyday with no big trouble. The apartment is located in a very central but quiet and peaceful location that accessing any locations in the city was not hard and at the same time we didn't have the trouble of loud city traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants were in walkable distances. The host really took care of everything for our stay. As the host promised, we had a 5-star stay.
  
  What could be improved: Not so much of cons rather concerns: We tried booking on Airbnb at first, as it was showing a little lesser price than here. However, Airbnb didn't allow us to book at all even after talking to their customer service. So, we had to book on booking.com for a little higher money. If there is a possibility to have a dedicated parking spot, that would help. Every time we had to take our car; we were worried if we will find a parking spot again when we return. Luckily, we managed always. There is a 100€ cleaning fee charged during the booking. It would be good if the cleaning fee is reduced, or if we are not asked to clean the trash during checkout.
