Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “SEDUCTIVE APT, With high class,” I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds like something you’d find on a sketchy booking site, right? But actually walking into this place on Hauptstätter Straße was a pleasant surprise. The building itself has that solid German architecture feel, and you’re literally in the heart of Stuttgart-Mitte, which means you can walk to pretty much everything that matters.

The thing about this spot is that it sits right in that sweet spot where locals actually live and work. Hauptstätter Straße isn’t some tourist trap street – you’ve got real cafés, the kind where people read newspapers over proper coffee, and there’s this great little bakery maybe two minutes down that does incredible pretzels (trust me on this). You know what I really appreciated? The tram connections are ridiculously good from here. Line 15 basically takes you anywhere you want to go, and honestly, after dealing with Stuttgart’s parking situation, you’ll be grateful for decent public transport access.

The apartment itself – and yeah, it’s more of an apartment-style setup than a traditional hotel – has this unexpectedly refined feel. I mean, the “high class” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff. The finishes are actually quite nice, modern without being sterile, and there’s attention to details that you don’t always get with 3-star places. The bathroom was spotless (which, let’s face it, is half the battle), and the bed was properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. What really sold me was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in the city center. German windows, man – they really know how to block out street noise.

Now, I’m not going to pretend it’s perfect. The check-in process was a bit… well, let’s call it informal. And if you’re expecting a fancy lobby with marble and fresh flowers, this isn’t that kind of place. But here’s the thing – sometimes you want efficiency over ceremony, especially when you’re paying 3-star prices but getting genuinely thoughtful touches. The Wi-Fi actually works (shocking, I know), there’s proper heating that you can control yourself, and the whole place just feels like someone who knows Stuttgart put it together.

What really won me over was the location knowledge you get by staying here. You’re not in some hotel district bubble – you’re where Stuttgarters actually spend time. That 7.7 rating makes sense to me because it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but it delivers on what it promises. If you want to feel like you’re staying in the real Stuttgart, not the tourist version of it, and you appreciate quality without paying luxury prices, this place actually gets it right. Just… maybe they could work on that name.

  Very clean and large apartment. Close to the city center and to the restaurants and public transportation. Very good option when visiting Stuttgart.

  What could be improved: The flat was freezing cold when we arrived, the tv has been broken for the last year but worst of all is the total lack of care of the owner when we let him know that there was no light in the kitchen. We had to cook with the mobile torch..360€ reservation and not even a 2€ working lightbulb it’s not tolerable.

  Asunto oli tilava, erittäin siisti ja juuri remontoitu upeaksi! Nukkumapaikat viidelle, parisänky erinomainen. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja metrokin kulki vierestä.
  
  What could be improved: TV-kanavat eivät näkyneet ollenkaan. Muuten kaikki oli superhyvää! Hyvää kokemusta hiukan laskee omistajan tyhjät lupaukset postittaa lapsen asuntoon jättämä lippis. Eipä ole kuulunut lippistä useamman viikon jälkeen, vaikka lupasimme tietysti maksaa kulutkin🙁
