  Extremely well-equipped, easy check-in/out process, safe and secure, parking directly outside at a very fair price, lots of storage for those having lengthy stays. Very well-furnished and feels lived-in instead of a temporary residence. Brilliant communication from the owner.

  The location was great. There are supermarkets (Penny and Rewe) close by (aprox 5 min walk), a park and bus and metro stations also really close (5-7 min walk).
  The design of the apartment is great.
  Also, our host, Markus, was very nice and quick to respond.
  For instance, we had a problem and had to message him at aprox 10 p.m. and he called us and helped solve our problem.
  
  What could be improved: The oven was not very clean.

  We had a brilliant time at this apartment!
  The location was ideal, making it effortless to reach all the major sights and spots we wanted to explore. Inside, the place was stylish, clean, cozy, and outfitted with everything we needed—truly well equipped.

  What could be improved: Just to mention: if you travel during hot weather, there is no air conditioning, but the apartment has sunscreens instead.

  We loved this apartment. Very well appointed with high quality and very comfortable furnishings. Great bathroom & heaps of storage space. Really appreciated the extra touches, like coffee pods. Loved the separate kitchen and gold cutlery & accessories. Excellent communication with the host. Everything you could want.

  I loved the location and the rooms. Having a kitchen is great! Having an easy entry and exit and not worry about losing the key is important.
