You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name says “studio” but honestly, 220 square meters feels more like a proper apartment than any studio I’ve ever stayed in. I mean, I’ve seen entire Berlin flats smaller than this space on Reinsburgstraße. When you first walk in, there’s this immediate sense of “okay, someone actually lives here” – not that sterile hotel vibe where everything’s been focus-grouped to death.

Stuttgart-West is one of those neighborhoods that locals love but tourists somehow miss, and this spot sits right in the sweet spot of it all. You’re actually walking distance to some genuinely good cafes (not just the tourist traps), and the whole Reinsburgstraße area has this lived-in energy that makes you feel like you’re experiencing real Stuttgart life. The building itself has character – you know, the kind of solid German construction where you don’t hear your neighbors through paper-thin walls. I stayed here during a particularly rainy week in October, and there’s something cozy about having all that space when the weather turns grey. The setup is thoughtful in ways that matter – like, there’s actual counter space in the kitchen (revolutionary concept, I know), and the lighting doesn’t make you look like you’re dying when you video call home.

What really sells this place, though, is how it nails that 9.5 rating without trying too hard. The owner clearly gets that travelers want space to spread out and actually live for a few days, not just crash between sightseeing marathons. You can cook a real meal if you want, or there are enough good local spots within a five-minute walk that you’ll never feel stuck. Parking isn’t the nightmare you’d expect for this part of Stuttgart – there’s usually something on the side streets if you’re patient. The whole area quiets down nicely in the evenings too, which is clutch if you’re trying to recover from jet lag or just need to recharge. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you start planning your next Stuttgart trip before you’ve even checked out.

  Location, host and information was plenty and enough. Very nice place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: We were sleeping 8 us and as there are no bads only matraces for some it was not so comfortable. However this was communucated by the host beforehand.

  Ideale Lage direkt an der Karlshöhe für einen tollen Ausblick auf Stuttgart. Gut angebunden und wirklich eine einzigartige Location! Viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, ein klares Sleep-Over Gefühl für Gruppen, die gemeinsam kreative Projekte bearbeiten oder einfach gemeinsam Filme schauen wollen. Unser JGA war ein Hit dank der Unterkunft.

  Wir waren mit einem JGA in der Wohnung es gibt super viel zu entdecken! Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Das Material konnten wir perfekt nutzen für Spiele und hatten echt mega Spass. Wir haben dann am Abend immer alles zur Seite geschoben und mit den kleinen Matrazen geschlafen, es kam ein richtiges "Sleepover" Feeling auf.
  Wir nutzten den Ort direkt noch und haben eine Yogalehrerin bestellt und die Matten genutzt. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet und wir konnten super auch mal was kochen.
  
  What could be improved: Bei der Dusche ging es einige Zeit bis der Durchlauferhitzer funktionierte. Die Dusche früh genug "anzumachen" sollte das Problem aber lösen!

  Wir waren mit einer 11-köpfigen Gruppe in der Unterkunft und es war hervorragend! Es gibt so viel zu entdecken, die Ausstattung ist bombastisch und die Gastgeberin in der Kommunikation sehr freundlich.
  Alles ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe im Detail dekoriert.
