Honestly, the Stuttgart-Ost location is pretty brilliant. You’re far enough from the city center chaos to actually get some sleep, but close enough that you’re not spending half your day on public transport. The neighborhood has this authentic German residential feel — you know, the kind where you’ll find a proper bakery around the corner and locals walking their dogs in the evening. I mean, there’s a reason couples rate this spot so highly; it’s got that romantic, lived-in neighborhood charm without being touristy.

  Very nice room, light and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood, small kitchen that had what we need, owners are very nice. Not speaking english but we managed. Downstairs theres a restaurant looks nice, we didn’t sit there.
  
  What could be improved: There is no Wifi reception in the room, which was extremely disappointing. There is wifi downstairs but it is mostly empty, close , dark, cold and smells from cigarettes so we didn’t want to sit there.
  We could use some salt. (Bought all our food but salt is a basic that could be nice to have).

  the place is very convenient for spending a few days in stuttgart. not central but close to the u bahn stop, you can get to the mercedez museum or other attractions. for the centre, you can go by metro easily. quiet area, although there is a restaurant below.
  the owners are nice and the checkin is ok.
  the room is clean, equipped with everything, even mini fridge and sink-kitchen to cook small things. a washing machine is available for washing, just ask the owners if you need it. TV with channels if you want.
  I recommend intensifying the wifi network because the signal does not always reach the rooms.maybe put a hair dryer in the rooms, even if they have a washing machine and detergent available, is the only suggestion I make, but it is not a negative note.

  The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent to attend the Volksfest and was also convenient to public transportation. The beds were comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Parking was difficult but not expensive. We were very fortunate to find a space very close to the rooms; but you had to feed the meter every morning. But for a full day 0800-2200 it was only 10.30 Euros a day. This room was great for younger folks traveling without much luggage. It is two full flights of steps up.
