  Excellent breakfast, and breakfast staff was very friendly and professional. Sizeable, comfortable room with excellent storage space for luggage and belongings. Convenient underground parking (but note: it's 17 Euro/night extra for parking).
  
  What could be improved: Wifi was effectively unavailable in rooms, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel in 2025. In the breakfast area, Wifi worked fine. I would have given the hotel higher marks if the Wifi worked, but I had to leave as I was on business and it was impossible to take calls over Wifi in the rooms.

  Staff was top notch, made sure the stay was great. Especially Natalie but also Angela, Noah, and Selena. Value for cost was great. The place could use a little sprucing up and maybe new carpet/paint, but the rooms were large for the price and the bed was very comfortable. Location was top for my needs, many restaurants and shops very nearby. Parking was secure, breakfast was another great value for the money. Again, cannot say enough goo things about the staff, absolutely the best! Professional and helpful throughout my stay.

  Very comfortable modern hotel. We chose it because it was easy to get to the airport yet was only a short train ride to the centre. Quite a few restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast was good.
