When I first pulled up to WohnZeit Stuttgart, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star property tucked away in Hedelfingen. The name literally means “living time” in German, which actually makes perfect sense once you step inside — this place feels more like a stylish temporary home than your typical hotel. The free parking situation is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving in Stuttgart — I can’t stress enough how valuable this is in a city where parking can cost you 20+ euros per day. The staff speaks excellent English, which isn’t always a given in smaller properties outside city centers. WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the building itself is quiet — you won’t be dealing with street noise or party crowds. It’s the kind of place where you can actually get a good night’s sleep.

  Wonderful roomy apartment with balcony! We were two couples that enjoyed the extra elbow room and extra bathroom. Access to the laundry was a huge bonus, and they even have a dryer! Everything was clean and so comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the U-bahn was under construction during our visit which made it more difficult to travel outside of Hedelfingen. We did figure out the bike shares and enjoyed biking to the Cannsatter Wasen and Esslingen. If you want to eat in one of the few restaurants in Hedelfingen- make a reservation! As you can tell, we liked everything about the rental!

  We were nestled in a very cozy neighborhood in walking distance of the bus, train, food and restaurants. Lots of space for everyone in the place. The hosts were amazing!!! They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone, and especially Americans since the hosts speak english. I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds were. Lastly, the location is great. Close to downtown Stuttgart.
  
  What could be improved: There was some unexpected coordinating at the beginning but, again, the hosts were amazing. They showed up and took care of us! They made us feel so welcome. The only complaint is a weak wifi, but we were out so much that it is really not an issue.

  Size of the property was fantastic, had so much space. Easy to find and park. Gave great access to Stuttgart as the tram was only 10 minute walk. Unfortunately the local restaurants and the bakery were closed but found plenty of places within Stuttgart. The ability to use the washing and drying room was a real bonus. Plenty of local supermarkets close by.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment was extremely hot but we went out and bought ourselves a couple of fans.

  Lovely huge apartment with great balcony, good parking, super comfy beds and great kitchen and amenities. We didnt meet host Monika but she was very responsive on messages.

  Our second stay in this very clean, spacious apartment in a convenient location with a friendly and helpful host and all amenities to hand. Great, pricturesque environment with easy and frequent links to the city centre. A perfect place to stay for work or leisure.

  This is an exceptional place, with a lot of room, and all the amenities needed. Was nice to have two bathrooms. The balcony was a plus. Within a 10-minute walk of the train station. Was nice to have a parking space reserved just for us.

  Excellent location, easy parking, very clean and well presented property, quiet and friendly area, convenient for the U-bahn, comfortable and spacious and all the necessary facilities are in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Some Kitchen utensils were missing/unsuitable, there was a small odour problem in the bath drain and a specific bin for general rubbish (not just recycled items) would have been appreciated. It would also be nice to have a decent desk for home working.
