I mean, you’re literally steps away from the SI-Centrum complex with its theaters, cinemas, and restaurants — it’s like having an entertainment hub as your backyard. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, though what really caught my attention was how quiet the apartment stays despite being surrounded by all this activity.

The Space

This four-star studio apartment is smartly designed — they’ve managed to fit everything you need without making it feel cramped. The kitchen area is actually functional (not just for show like some places), with a proper stovetop and enough counter space to prepare real meals. The sleeping area flows naturally into the living space, and there’s decent storage throughout. You know what I appreciated most? The windows are well-insulated, so even with all the SI-Centrum activity outside, you can actually get a good night’s sleep.

Location Perks

Möhringen might not be the first district tourists think of, but it’s honestly one of the better-connected areas in Stuttgart. The U-Bahn station is practically next door — you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes, and the airport is even closer if you’re dealing with early flights. What couples seem to love (and I get why they rated the location 8.6) is that you’re close enough to everything but still in a more residential, less touristy area. Plus, there’s on-site parking, which anyone who’s tried to park in Stuttgart will tell you is basically gold.

Daily Life Here

The SI-Centrum complex becomes part of your daily routine in the best way possible. There’s a decent supermarket nearby for groceries, and if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ve got everything from casual spots to proper sit-down restaurants within walking distance. The Palladium Theater and Apollo Theater are right there too — I caught a show one evening and was back in the apartment within five minutes. The whole setup just works well for both short stays and longer visits where you want to feel somewhat settled.

Recent guests have been rating this place 9.3 for location, and after staying here, I totally understand why. It’s that sweet spot where you’re connected to both the city and the airport, but you’re not dealing with the noise and chaos of being right downtown. The apartment gives you independence — you can cook when you want, come and go as you please, and actually spread out a bit. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own space while still being close to entertainment options.   What could be improved: Internet speed is bad, 1.8 Mbit download only, hardly enough for doing anything, could not even able to load webpages, but for sure you should forget streaming.

  Das Appartement war im 12.OG, nett und gut ausgestattet: Flur, Bad, Küche und ein Wohn-/Schlafraumraum mit Doppelbett, Esstisch & Couch. Kostenloses WLAN & TV sowie einige Getränke waren inklusive. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei Bedarf dort gern wieder schlafen.

  Lage direkt an der U- Bahn- Haltestelle; man muss sich nur etwas orientieren, um den Weg zu finden. Toller Auslick. Direkt am Musical, man kann auch im Winter die Jacke hängen lassen. Freundliche Begrüßung.
  
  What could be improved: Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich. Bitte rechtzeitig vorher anrufen, dami jemand vor Ort ist. Ebenso bei der Abgabe des Schlüssels- rechtzeitig anrufen, damit man zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt zur U- Bahn kommt.
  Ich habe etwas im Kühlschrank vergessen, was noch haltbar war, eingeschweißt und hatte darum gebeten es mir zuzusenden gegen Zahlung der Portokosten. Das wurde zwar zugesagt; doch nach 2 Wochen immer noch keine Reaktion oder Paket

  Super Lage für einen Musicalbesuch. Bett sehr angenehm. Aussicht gut. Gute Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahn. Ruhige Lage. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
  
  What could be improved: Gesamtes Areal etwas unübersichtlich. Man braucht etwas Zeit um sich im Gebäudekomplex des SI-Centrum zurecht zu finden und um in der Tiefgarage sein Auto zu finden. Da kann aber der Gastgeber nichts dafür.
