The public transport connections are solid too, so getting into the heart of the city takes maybe 15-20 minutes. You know what’s nice? You can actually find parking here without wanting to pull your hair out, unlike some city center hotels. The strategic positioning makes exploring both local attractions and the broader Stuttgart region remarkably straightforward.

The room setup really works well — these are essentially apartment-style accommodations with proper space to spread out.   This was a very positive surprise. Very convenient large room, comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities, and all very clean. Also staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in easy walking distance of the various Stuttgart SI premises. Lots of parking (comes for extra cost). We booked a few weeks in advance for a very attractive price.

  The executive suite was spacious. The balcony was nice. The bed was comfortable. The windows provided great cross ventilation.
  
  What could be improved: The regular room was very warm. The two of us staying in this room had to use the fan from the exec suite, but there was a short in the cord so it wouldn’t stay on. The work being done on the air conditioning left tubes and hoses hanging down from the ceiling in the hall right outside the room. This was a safety hazard. The television was very small.

  Excellent value for money. Very cool rooms. Very spacious and fancy. I loved that the bathroom had a radio and nice lighting. The shower is amazing. There is a fridge and big desk. Instant coffee and hot chocolate available. In the main building there is iron and iron board and I think a washing machine. I don't know the rules (who can use and when) because I didn't use them.
  
  What could be improved: There was some construction work going on and just out of our room there were some naked cables, even if not working is not nice to have this image.
  The (payed) parking is quite far from the rooms and it's not very convenient if you have lot's of things.
  They sent me an email about doing self check-in but the link wasn't working. I did self check-in at the hotel.
  There is a gym that is tiny.. i think 3 pieces of gym equipment.

  The room size was big and everything was clean. Surprisely, walkout stage and yoga mat are available in the room. Radio system in the shower room. Good for family traveller.
  
  What could be improved: Booking.com should have staed that this hotel's in-house underground parking (P3) in unavailable in the period from 10.06.2025 – 12.09.2025, However, the neighboring underground garages (P1 and P2) are available within walking distance. Some area may not have no elevator and customer may required to carry their luggages in stairs. Additionally, water leaking from the shower room. We need to collect extra towels from the check-in desk to dry up the floor to sure no unexpected accident.
