Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about the Adina Apartment Hotel Stuttgart? It actually feels like you’re staying in someone’s really nice apartment rather than a cookie-cutter hotel room. I mean, when you walk into these spaces on Kopenhagener Straße, there’s this immediate sense of “oh, I could actually live here for a while” – and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re in Stuttgart for more than just a quick business trip.
The location is pretty brilliant, actually. Stuttgart-Mitte sounds fancy, but what it really means is you’re right in the thick of things without being stuck in some touristy bubble. You can walk to the Staatsgalerie in about ten minutes (I timed it), and there’s this great little Turkish bakery just around the corner that locals queue up at every morning. The apartment setup means you’ve got a proper kitchenette – not just some sad mini-fridge and instant coffee situation – so you can grab fresh ingredients from the weekend market at Schillerplatz and actually cook something decent. The staff seemed genuinely surprised when I asked about the best grocery stores nearby, like most guests never bother, but they pointed me toward an Edeka that’s become my go-to spot.
What really sets this place apart is how they’ve nailed the details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. The washing machines actually work properly (you’d be amazed how rare that is), there’s decent water pressure in the showers, and – this might sound weird – but the Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the apartment, even the bathroom. I spent a fair bit of time working from the little dining table, and it never felt cramped or awkward like hotel desks usually do. The 8.5 rating makes sense when you’re there; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Stuttgart, but everything just works the way it should. The soundproofing is solid too – Stuttgart-Mitte can get a bit lively on weekends, but I never had trouble sleeping. Only minor gripe? The air conditioning takes forever to actually cool things down, so if you’re there during a summer heat wave, maybe give it a head start before you actually need it.
To book hotel in Stuttgart during the famous Stuttgart Ballet season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts automotive enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Great room on a corner so we had 2 way views. Adina is close to the station, although the opposite way to town. We liked breakfast on floor 7. The pool isn’t large but it is smart and clean.
Just perfect – Diana from Switzerland – August 3, 2025 (10/10)
I very rarely give a 10, if ever. I liked this place very much. Room, pool, kitchenette, location, all new, perfect for us.
What could be improved: We didn’t try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent. It was good stay! – Timo from Netherlands – August 1, 2025 (8/10)
Modern design with all the comforts, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—especially at breakfast, where the service was outstanding. A top city stay.
Great value for money, comfortable, clean and right next to a shopping mall! – Carolyn from Netherlands – July 31, 2025 (10/10)
Enjoyed the facilities (gym, sauna), breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and location was amazing (very close to the city center or actually already in the city center and next to a new shopping mall). Pet friendly as well (I had a small dog with me).
What could be improved: Parking entrance was a bit further from the entrance but the staff were very helpful with explaining how to get there. Once you find your way around the entrance, it is actually quite easy to get to the room.Just perfect.. – Rumana from Oman – July 29, 2025 (10/10)
The location is just perfect. It is near the mall and within 5 mins to the high street via U-bahn (subway). The best if all was the staff and their loyalty. Very trustworthy ♥️
What could be improved: It was perfect overall. We only had an issue with the sockets in the bedroom not working. I asked only once to get it fixed but I guess the staff might have forgotten it, but I was fine with it because I managed to use the sockets in the living room for charging.Great apartment room, well appointed with great views on the 20th floor – Andrea from New Zealand – July 24, 2025 (10/10)
Great room with great views on the 20th floor. Great location.

Great location if travelling by train. Loved the washer/dryer combo and complimentary washing powder. Great size room. Good facilities. Great breakfast.
What could be improved: We didn't have a tea towel to dry the dishes. Also was missing a face washer. Minor things that did not impact our stay at all. Highly recommend this accommodation 😍Lovely apartment, would stay again – Justine from United Kingdom – July 23, 2025 (10/10)
The property was a short walk from the station, we didn’t head into the city but we did use the public transport to get to the Zoo, so location was great.
Facilities were as described.
Check in and bar staff were very friendly.
