When I first pulled up to Andris Apartments in the Botnang district, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star property. The building sits quietly on Regerstraße, and there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about it — no flashy lobby or doormen, just a well-maintained entrance that hints at the thoughtful touches you’ll find inside. What immediately caught my attention was how easy it was to find parking right on-site, which, trust me, is a genuine blessing in Stuttgart.

The Apartment Experience

Each apartment here feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, and that’s exactly the point. Mine came with a proper kitchenette — not just a mini-fridge and microwave, but actual cooking space with everything you’d need for a decent meal. The layout is smart without being cramped, and I appreciated how the living area flows naturally into the sleeping space. You know what really impressed me? The attention to storage — there are actually places to put your stuff, which sounds basic but so many places get this wrong.

Location & Neighborhood

Botnang might not be the first district that comes to mind when you think of Stuttgart, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re about 15 minutes from the city center by public transport, which gives you easy access to everything while staying in a genuinely residential area. I found myself walking to a local bakery each morning — something you can’t really do when you’re stuck in the tourist zones. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel that makes you understand why couples rate the location so highly for romantic getaways.

Practical Comforts

What sets Andris Apartments apart is how they’ve thought through the little things that matter during an extended stay. The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the space, the shower has decent water pressure, and the beds are firm enough to sleep well but not so hard you feel like you’re camping. I mean, these sound like basic expectations, but you’d be surprised how often places miss these fundamentals. The restaurant recommendations they provide are spot-on too — clearly someone who knows the area put that list together.

After spending several nights here, I get why this place consistently earns high ratings from recent guests. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — no pretentious amenities or over-the-top service — just a well-run operation that understands what travelers actually need. The free parking alone probably saves you 20 euros a day compared to city center options, and the apartment setup means you can actually live a bit rather than just sleep somewhere. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own space to retreat to after exploring Stuttgart’s museums and markets.

  I highly recommend staying at the Cozy Studio Apartment! The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The host's attention is excellent, and there is convenient access to public transportation. Plus, the included coffee is delicious!

  Apartament zlokalizowany bardzo blisko stacji U-Bahn (podróż do centrum trwa około 10 minut). Dookoła mnóstwo zieleni, spokój, okna na całej ścianie wpuszczają dużo światła. Apartament przestronny, wygodne łóżka, dobrze działające Wi-Fi. Na uliczkach koło apartamentu dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych , blisko sklepy.
