Honestly, when I first pulled up to Andris Apartments on Regerstraße, I wasn’t expecting much – you know how apartment-style places can be hit or miss. But this little gem in Botnang actually surprised me in the best way. The building sits on a quiet residential street, and I mean properly quiet, not that fake “peaceful location” nonsense you see in listings. You’re far enough from Stuttgart’s city center chaos to actually sleep through the night, but close enough that you’re not stranded in the suburbs.

What I really appreciated was how the place feels more like staying in a local neighborhood than being stuck in some touristy bubble. There’s a small bakery just down the street where I grabbed coffee most mornings (the owner speaks decent English if your German’s rusty), and the whole Botnang area has this lived-in vibe that I found refreshing. The apartments themselves are well-maintained – nothing fancy, but everything works properly, which is more than I can say for some higher-rated places I’ve stayed. The kitchenette was actually functional, not just for show, and having a proper fridge meant I could stock up at the local Rewe without worrying about space. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Stuttgart will tell you is worth its weight in gold.

The thing that bumps this place up for me is the practical stuff they get right. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked (fast enough for video calls), and the heating didn’t sound like a dying whale – small victories that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with luxury touches, but for the price point and that solid 8 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises. The S-Bahn connection from nearby gets you into the city center in about 15 minutes, which makes it perfect if you want to explore Stuttgart properly but come back to somewhere that feels less… well, less like a hotel and more like a temporary home base. I’d definitely book here again, especially during trade fair season when everything closer to the Messe costs twice as much.

  I highly recommend staying at the Cozy Studio Apartment! The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The host's attention is excellent, and there is convenient access to public transportation. Plus, the included coffee is delicious!

  Apartament zlokalizowany bardzo blisko stacji U-Bahn (podróż do centrum trwa około 10 minut). Dookoła mnóstwo zieleni, spokój, okna na całej ścianie wpuszczają dużo światła. Apartament przestronny, wygodne łóżka, dobrze działające Wi-Fi. Na uliczkach koło apartamentu dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych , blisko sklepy.
