Stuttgart can feel a bit corporate in the center, but this part of town has more character. Plus, the public transport connections are solid — the U-Bahn gets you downtown quickly when you need it.

The parking situation is handled well too — in a city where finding a spot can be a nightmare, having it sorted removes one major headache. I also appreciated that the place stays quiet despite being on a fairly busy street; the windows do their job, and you’re not dealing with party noise from other guests.

  Nice, moderne and clean. Close to the city, nice café on the Ground floor. Everything was up to standard. The staff was helpful, and kept it clean and tidy while we were there. Easy access as well.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit small for a family of 4. Mostly because there were only 2 kitchen chairs, and the kitchen had no oven. However, the stay was comfortable, we made dinner a few nights.

  The building is modern and clean. The apartment is spacious… Kitchen well prepared. Bathroom size is good. Elevator… secure entrance. Clean. The host is very flexible and the people around the place were very kind and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Yes it does have an AC but only at the bedroom side and for me it was not doing a great job. It felt a bit warm.
