  The apartment is great! It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (although 1 shower only), kitchen and living room. Although not in city center, it was easy to get there by tram. The station is located nearby. Near you can find a shop, and a bakery. Host was also very pleasant to deal with.

  Wow! This apartment is a definite 10!
  All jn one level, super comfortable for a family of five or even six, very clean and well maintained.
  Hot water 24/7, towel warmer, equipped kitchen, I highly recommend!!! Washing liquid and dishwasher tablets were unavailable, but the contact was very responsive and provided them on the same day upon request.
  
  What could be improved: The place has a washer and a dryer combined, but we could not figure out how to dry the clothes…it would have helped if instructions were provided.

  Praktiskt, rent, gott om utrymme, perfekt för oss som ville se bilmuseer i Stuttgart. Trevlig värd. Nära bageri och mataffär. Full utrustad lgh!

  شقة مميزرة بالطابق الارضي، ثلاث غرف نوم كبيرة، تتسع لثمان اشخاص بكل راحة، مطبخ بكل الادوات، ثلاث حمامات واحد فقط بشور، الشقة حديثة ومودرين، تتوفر غسالة ملابس كانت مفيدة جدا، مواقف سيارة عند المدخل مباشرة، يتوفر سوبر ماركت على بعد دقيقة مشي، موقف المواصلات العامة على بعد خطوات، المالك كان يتجاوب بسرعة ولاي استفسار، تسجيل دخول وخروج ذكي.
  
  A ground floor apartment, three large bedrooms, can comfortably accommodate eight people, a kitchen with all the utensils, three bathrooms, only one with a shower, the apartment is modern and contemporary, a washing machine was available which was very useful, parking spaces are right at the entrance, a supermarket is available a minute walk away, a public transport stop is a few steps away, the owner was quick to respond to any inquiries, smart check-in and check-out.

  Sehr geräumig + perfekte Lage in Stammheim. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr umfangreich + es sind drei Toiletten vorhanden, bei Familien sicher von Vorteil!😉
  Straßenbahn sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen + somit als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in Stuttgart und Umgebung perfekt geeignet ist.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage hat auch den Nachteil, dass die Straßenbahn bei offenen Fenstern gut zu hören ist. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran.
