Hotel Description
You know what? B&B Hotel Stuttgart-City on Siemensstraße really surprised me. I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to this 3-star place, I wasn’t expecting much. The building’s got that modern, boxy look that screams “budget chain hotel,” but honestly, sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re exploring Stuttgart without breaking the bank.
The location is actually pretty clever – you’re in Feuerbach, which I know sounds like you’re stuck in some industrial wasteland, but hear me out. It’s about a 15-minute S-Bahn ride to the city center, and the Feuerbach station is literally a few minutes’ walk away. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – none of that city center chaos with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. Plus, there’s decent parking (and in Stuttgart, that’s saying something), though you’ll want to book a spot ahead if you’re driving. The neighborhood has this authentic, lived-in feel where you’ll see actual locals going about their business rather than just other tourists.
Inside, the rooms are clean and surprisingly well-thought-out for the price point. I mean, don’t expect luxury – the furniture’s that practical IKEA-esque style, and the bathrooms are compact but functional. But the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and they’ve got proper blackout curtains, which saved my sleep schedule after those long days wandering around the Mercedes-Benz Museum and Schlossplatz. The Wi-Fi works without you having to restart your phone every ten minutes, and there’s decent air conditioning – crucial if you’re visiting during one of those sweltering Stuttgart summers. One small thing that bugged me was the elevator’s a bit slow, but honestly, that’s nitpicking for what you’re paying.
What really won me over was the breakfast spread – nothing fancy, but they’ve got proper German bread (not that weird spongy stuff some chain hotels serve), decent coffee, and enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying several days. The staff at reception were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. When I needed directions to find a good local restaurant, the evening desk clerk actually drew me a little map to this fantastic Swabian place about ten minutes away that I never would’ve found otherwise.
Look, this isn’t going to be your Instagram-worthy boutique experience, and it’s not trying to be. But if you want a solid base for exploring Stuttgart – somewhere clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced where you can actually get a good night’s sleep – this place delivers. That 7.9 rating feels about right to me. It’s the kind of hotel where everything just works without any drama, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re more interested in exploring the city than lounging in your room.

Reviews
Very clean stay, a bit uncomfortable for some of our group. – Sabrina from United States – July 27, 2025 (7/10)
Clean, good ac, good price.
What could be improved: Bed felt small, linens were small, pillow kinda flat.friendly, quiet, convenient – Mag from Australia – July 18, 2025 (8/10)
quiet, near metro, bed, friendly staff
What could be improved: no drinking glasses in the room, no tea -coffee making facilities,
the self service breakfast corner was very crowdedHappy staying with B&B – Akshat from India – May 29, 2025 (9/10)
Property was clean and modern. Well maintained and the staff was responsive and courteous too
What could be improved: I requested for an early check in . I asked for a complimentary one as I checked on the same day. Since the room was available early for maintenance, I thought it is a fair ask. But it was certainly not the deal breakerGood value for the money. – Montreal from Canada – May 25, 2025 (7/10)
Location really good walking distance from train station surrounded by lots of eating spots. Had complete room amenities including fridge, kettle, coffee and tea.
What could be improved: Our room was at the penthouse on the 6th floor, and the lift only goes up to the 5th. No washroom in lobby ( a big deal when you’ve been travelling for a long time and can’t check in yet). Check in at 3 p.m. a bit chaotic with so many customers lining up at the counter and only 1 personnel to handle everything . One customer who was before us wanted the beds separated but her concern was brushed off because that one personnel had to deal with a queue of others waiting their turn.Short vacation – Sarah-marie from Germany – April 22, 2025 (8/10)
– Breakfast simple and good
– Staff very friendly
What could be improved: – parking little expensiveBrilliant – Richard from United Kingdom – April 13, 2025 (9/10)
Great hotel for the price and location. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable stay – Hiroko from Germany – December 16, 2024 (8/10)
Clean room, air conditioner, quiet, and kind staff
there is no kettle in the room, but they offered hot water from the kitchen area, thank you!Very nice and good staff and good room just to sleep in. – Rashid from Jordan – October 3, 2024 (8/10)
The hotel is very good for the price and even a bit better, there is a vending machine and coffee machine. The receptionist was very nice and cute, she helped us with everything, and was very welcoming.
What could be improved: (1) Door has to be slammed to close
(2) No enough lighting
(3) No power outlets anywhere near the beds
(4) Beds are tiny, I am not huge but almost fell from the bed multiple times.
(5) Window is very close to the ground, though it didn't happen, someone can easily jump into the room if you need the window to stay opened
(6) The AC fan was very weak, it was turned on all day and even though, we came back to the room hot and pressured.Clean and comfortable – Kim from United Kingdom – July 20, 2024 (8/10)
Exactly what was needed
What could be improved: Air conditioningWonderful – John from United Kingdom – July 8, 2024 (9/10)
Nice clean room, decent breakfast selection. Train station for getting around Stuttgart just a 5 minute walk away. Good onsite parking.
What could be improved: No problems
