It’s one of those four-star properties that feels more like discovering a local secret than checking into a standard accommodation. The fact that they include garage parking right in the name tells you everything about how practical and guest-focused this place is.

Location & Neighborhood

Stuttgart-Ost is actually one of my favorite districts in Stuttgart — it’s got this perfect balance of residential charm and urban energy. You’re close enough to walk into the city center without dealing with all the tourist crowds right outside your door. The Libanonstraße address puts you in a genuinely local neighborhood where you’ll find proper German bakeries and cafes that aren’t trying to cater to tourists. I mean, couples consistently rate this location 9.2 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why — it feels like you’re actually living in Stuttgart rather than just visiting it.

The Apartment Experience

This isn’t your typical hotel room setup — it’s a proper apartment rental that gives you space to actually settle in. The old laundry building conversion means you get these interesting architectural details and higher ceilings that modern hotels just can’t replicate. What I really appreciated was having a full kitchen setup, which meant I could grab fresh ingredients from the local markets and cook instead of eating out every meal. The whole space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just furnished with whatever was cheapest.

  One of the best accomodations I have ever been and I travel a lot. It is very nice, big, clean, everything is brand new. It has a coffee machine and it even has an Alexa. Also very spacious rooms and a very good mattress.
  It is close to the city center, there are a lot of shops just around the corner.
  The owner is very kind and helpfull with every request. The neighbourhood is very nice.
  It has his own garage and back courtyard.

  Everything was perfect start to finish. Although we didn't get the chance to meet Klaus in person he was reachable via WhatsApp at all times and very kind to answer all our questions. We rented a car for our stay for longer journeys however we only used the bus (number 40 or 42 I think) to reach Stuttgart centre – the bus stop is 2min walk from the property.
