So I’ve stayed at this place a few times now – MASEVEN Stuttgart (it used to be called SI-SUITES, which honestly was easier to remember) – and you know what? It’s actually become my go-to whenever I’m in Stuttgart. The location on Plieninger Strasse might not sound glamorous, but here’s the thing: you’re literally next to the SI-Centrum, which means you can stumble back from a movie or musical without dealing with Stuttgart’s… let’s call it “creative” public transport schedule after 11 PM.

The rooms are what I’d call properly modern – not that sterile hotel modern where everything’s white and you’re afraid to touch anything, but actually comfortable. The kitchenettes are legit useful too, which matters because eating out every meal in Stuttgart will drain your wallet faster than you’d think. I mean, the breakfast is decent (though honestly, grab some fresh bread from the bakery down the street instead – trust me on this one). What really sold me was the parking situation. I know, I know, not exactly sexy travel talk, but if you’ve ever tried to park near Stuttgart’s city center, you’ll understand why having a guaranteed spot is basically a luxury amenity. Plus, the S-Bahn connection from Möhringen gets you downtown in about fifteen minutes, so you’re not stuck out in the suburbs.

The staff actually remembers you after a stay or two, which is refreshing – they’re genuinely helpful without that overly rehearsed hotel politeness that makes you feel like you’re bothering them. The whole SI-Centrum area gets pretty lively on weekends (there’s a casino, theaters, restaurants), but the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Well, except maybe Friday nights when there’s some event going on – but even then, it’s more ambient buzz than actual noise. What I really appreciate is how the place feels lived-in rather than just passed through, if that makes sense. The common areas actually look like people use them, and there’s this relaxed vibe that makes it feel less like a business hotel and more like… I guess a really nice temporary apartment? The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Stuttgart (that’d be downtown anyway), but it does what it does really well. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s comfortable, practical, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another booking number, this is your spot.

  This was a very positive surprise. Very convenient large room, comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities, and all very clean. Also staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in easy walking distance of the various Stuttgart SI premises. Lots of parking (comes for extra cost). We booked a few weeks in advance for a very attractive price.

  The executive suite was spacious. The balcony was nice. The bed was comfortable. The windows provided great cross ventilation.
  
  What could be improved: The regular room was very warm. The two of us staying in this room had to use the fan from the exec suite, but there was a short in the cord so it wouldn’t stay on. The work being done on the air conditioning left tubes and hoses hanging down from the ceiling in the hall right outside the room. This was a safety hazard. The television was very small.

  Excellent value for money. Very cool rooms. Very spacious and fancy. I loved that the bathroom had a radio and nice lighting. The shower is amazing. There is a fridge and big desk. Instant coffee and hot chocolate available. In the main building there is iron and iron board and I think a washing machine. I don't know the rules (who can use and when) because I didn't use them.
  
  What could be improved: There was some construction work going on and just out of our room there were some naked cables, even if not working is not nice to have this image.
  The (payed) parking is quite far from the rooms and it's not very convenient if you have lot's of things.
  They sent me an email about doing self check-in but the link wasn't working. I did self check-in at the hotel.
  There is a gym that is tiny.. i think 3 pieces of gym equipment.

  The room size was big and everything was clean. Surprisely, walkout stage and yoga mat are available in the room. Radio system in the shower room. Good for family traveller.
  
  What could be improved: Booking.com should have staed that this hotel's in-house underground parking (P3) in unavailable in the period from 10.06.2025 – 12.09.2025, However, the neighboring underground garages (P1 and P2) are available within walking distance. Some area may not have no elevator and customer may required to carry their luggages in stairs. Additionally, water leaking from the shower room. We need to collect extra towels from the check-in desk to dry up the floor to sure no unexpected accident.
