  The apartments are thoughtfully filled with little things that are not required to be provided, but are sometimes so necessary during a trip. For example, in the bathroom there were a couple of packages of feminine hygiene products, so handy for us. Thank you for your care and sensitivity.

  Everything was excellent, from the appartment equipment – all you need is there, parking, location (really easy to get downtown Stuttgart). The apartment was clean, and light.

  The apartment is really nice, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and the parking was great.
  
  What could be improved: The absence of communication from the host the moment we arrived. We were not informed which room or apartment door. My son went to all the floors to find the apartment on the top floor. We had 3 big luggage, the building didn’t have an elevator. We wanted to wash some clothes but we were not told which one we could use. All my questions were left unanswered by the host! Check out is at 10am, I asked for a late check out of 10:30am but still no response.
