Here’s something most tourists don’t realize about staying in Vaihingen — you’re actually in one of Stuttgart’s most practical neighborhoods. Sure, it’s not the historic center, but Robert-Leicht-Strasse puts you close to the university and major business districts without the downtown chaos. I mean, couples seem to get this (they rate the location 8.1), and after spending a few days here, I totally understand why. The S-Bahn connections are solid, and you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes when you want that urban energy.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what I hoped for — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Nothing revolutionary, but the bed was genuinely good, and the bathroom had that efficient German design where everything just works. The windows are well-insulated too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to sleep. What struck me was how many returning guests I noticed during check-in — apparently people come back here regularly, and after my stay, that makes complete sense.

  Nice for a night to stay – we had a party quiet near. Good communication through booking.com emails / messages about keys- codes. There is no 24 hour reception but set times

  The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the restaurant served high-quality meat dishes, and the staff was exceptionally polite and professional. Additionally, the location was very convenient for my work purposes.

  Breakfast was with omelette (this is what I always expect from the good hotels), also muesli and yogurt, you can take everything by small pieces, but all in all it is an absolutely full hearty breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: the cheapest room for 1 person is next to the fire door and the back entrance, so the slamming of the door was quite loud. But at night there were not much movements, so it is ok. Probably another door closer could be more quiet.
