Walking up to Sky Aparthotel on Wolframstraße, you immediately get the sense that this place knows what it’s doing. The building has that sleek, modern German efficiency vibe without feeling cold or sterile — honestly, it’s exactly what you’d hope for in a four-star aparthotel. The entrance is understated but polished, and the staff actually seem genuinely happy to see you, which isn’t always a given in Stuttgart.

Prime Stuttgart-Mitte Location

Here’s the thing about the location — it’s genuinely fantastic, and I mean that. You’re right in Stuttgart-Mitte, which puts you within walking distance of pretty much everything that matters. The Königstraße shopping district is just a few minutes away, and you can easily reach the Staatsoper or the old Schlossplatz without breaking a sweat. What I really appreciate is that while you’re central, Wolframstraße itself isn’t crazy busy, so you get the best of both worlds. The couples who stay here clearly get it — they’ve rated the location 9.0, and honestly, I can see why.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment setup is where Sky Aparthotel really shines. Each unit comes with a proper kitchenette that’s actually functional — not one of those tiny, useless things you sometimes get. I’m talking about a real fridge, decent counter space, and everything you need to make breakfast or even a simple dinner if you want to save some euros. The room design feels contemporary and thoughtful, with plenty of natural light and storage space that actually makes sense for travelers.

Practical Comforts

You know what I really noticed? The little details that make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, the air conditioning works properly (which isn’t always guaranteed in German hotels), and the housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive. There’s also decent parking available, which is honestly a relief in this part of Stuttgart where street parking can be a nightmare. The building stays quiet even though you’re in the city center — the windows do their job well.

  Great location, modern amenities , overall nice feel. Accommodated my request for an earlier check in.
  
  What could be improved: Smart TV in the room was not connected to the internet. We asked for maintenance but they arrived very late and just confirmed that it is not connected to the internet. It was never fixed despite my multiple requests.
  Communication was not always the best, frequently response was a bit late.

  We ver much enjoyed staying in the Sky Aparthotel: well connected to the city by nearby Ubahn, safe, good location with plenty of shops and restaurants in the Milaneo mall, kitchen well equipped with all one may need, modern and comfortable space. Great host who responded promptly to our needs.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was clean but a more thorough clean service should be done in the shower/bathroom space.

  Great location, clean, had all the amenities you would require and more – little kitchenette with dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, mini bar fridge, kettle, teabag/sugar , dining table, couch, balcony with table and chairs, toiletries, swivel tv, rain shower head, extra towels.

  Location was excellent, right next to mall, 5 minute walk to station. Had everything you need. Balcony was lovely.

  Very central cosy appartment .It lacked nothing Next to the U station ,next to a shopping mall,next to the city s library .Only one -two stations to the centet..Everything was great

  What could be improved: In this property, you have to pay a deposit as insurance in case you cause any damage. They will deduct from this amount if needed. However, when we checked out, we asked the owner to return our money to my credit card. They said it didn't work, so they transferred the money back to me through a normal account. After waiting for a month and a half, I received an incomplete amount. I contacted the owner, and they said I have to accept the transfer fee, which was 52€. I tried to convince the owner to return my money, but they ignored my messages. In conclusion, DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK.
