You know what caught me off guard about Sky Aparthotel? It’s actually got this quiet, residential vibe despite being smack in Stuttgart-Mitte. I mean, you’re on Wolframstraße which honestly isn’t one of those tourist streets everyone talks about, but that’s kind of the point. You get the real Stuttgart neighborhood feel – there’s a bakery two blocks down where locals grab their morning brötchen, and you can walk to Königstraße in maybe ten minutes without dealing with all the hotel cluster chaos around Hauptbahnhof.

The building itself is pretty straightforward, nothing fancy but clean and well-maintained in that German way where everything just… works. The aparthotel setup is honestly perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights because you get a proper kitchenette (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer). I’ve stayed in plenty of 3-star places that promise “apartment-style” and deliver a hot plate and some plastic dishes, but Sky actually gives you real cooking space. The rooms are bigger than you’d expect too – I had friends visiting from Munich and we could actually sit around without bumping into each other constantly. The wifi held up fine even when we were all streaming different things, which, let’s be real, is always a gamble.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the Staatsoper or hit up the bars around Eberhardstraße, but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with drunk people yelling under your window at 2 AM. The 8.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. Check-in was smooth, the staff spoke great English (though my terrible German got some patient smiles), and honestly the price point feels right for what you get. If you’re the type who wants to explore Stuttgart like you actually live there for a week instead of just hitting the tourist highlights, this place gets it.

  Great location, modern amenities , overall nice feel. Accommodated my request for an earlier check in.
  
  What could be improved: Smart TV in the room was not connected to the internet. We asked for maintenance but they arrived very late and just confirmed that it is not connected to the internet. It was never fixed despite my multiple requests.
  Communication was not always the best, frequently response was a bit late.

  We ver much enjoyed staying in the Sky Aparthotel: well connected to the city by nearby Ubahn, safe, good location with plenty of shops and restaurants in the Milaneo mall, kitchen well equipped with all one may need, modern and comfortable space. Great host who responded promptly to our needs.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was clean but a more thorough clean service should be done in the shower/bathroom space.

  Great location, clean, had all the amenities you would require and more – little kitchenette with dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, mini bar fridge, kettle, teabag/sugar , dining table, couch, balcony with table and chairs, toiletries, swivel tv, rain shower head, extra towels.

  Location was excellent, right next to mall, 5 minute walk to station. Had everything you need. Balcony was lovely.

  Very central cosy appartment .It lacked nothing Next to the U station ,next to a shopping mall,next to the city s library .Only one -two stations to the centet..Everything was great

  What could be improved: In this property, you have to pay a deposit as insurance in case you cause any damage. They will deduct from this amount if needed. However, when we checked out, we asked the owner to return our money to my credit card. They said it didn't work, so they transferred the money back to me through a normal account. After waiting for a month and a half, I received an incomplete amount. I contacted the owner, and they said I have to accept the transfer fee, which was 52€. I tried to convince the owner to return my money, but they ignored my messages. In conclusion, DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK.
