  The apartment is very convenient and comfortable. The hosts answered our queries. There is a small terrasse which is nice.

  Apartment is really nice, it's basically in the main central part of Stuttgart, close to main touristic street, with many nice restourants around, close to ubahn and bus station. Building is new, we didn't use the balcony but it's very nice one. Appartment looks better than at photos, there is enough space, kitchen is good, equiped enough. Checkin and checkout was easy. I totally recommend this place, it's good value for what you get.

  Everything was as expected. The apartment is in a great location in the city centre, clear, big enough space even for 2 or 3 people.
  The furniture I must say is new and better or similar to furniture in 5 star hotels in Germany and Europe.
  I landed there because all hotels were extremely expensive due to an exhibition this week and most of them were fully occupied.
  I am very happy having this experience and I for sure decide for the same place when again in Stuttgart.

  What could be improved: I met at 4,45 pm with the man who checked me .After he arrived at the apartment building the man told me that i couldn 't go up to the apartment and i had to wait . After which he went up to the aptr and i stayed down in front of the building .After 15 min he came down and we went up to the aptr. As i entered there was a smell that you couldnt breathe, the bad is unmade , the ashtray is full of cigarette butts. , the bedding and towels smelled of stale air . I was shocked ! The cutlery drawer was so dirty , full of dust , it made me feel nauseous, the carpet was dirty. So instead of resting i washed the bed sheets and towels , vacuumed the carpet .. I dont know what they were bedbugs ? fleas ? lice ? something bit me on my hand and foot , i scratched so much that i had a sebaceous gland and i have a wound. Shame on Booking for endangering the health of tourists with such a super stinky apartment. Shame

  La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro, accedes andando facilmente
  
  What could be improved: Teníamos la entrada a las 12, al llegar al apartamento no teníamos ninguna noticia, llamamos al anfitrión y sin respuesta. Finalmente llegó unos 20-25 minutos tarde. No me molesta que el anfitrión llegase tarde, sino el no avisar y pensar que no íbamos a tener lugar donde pasar la noche.
  La limpieza en la casa podria estar mejor, especialmente el baño que estaba bastante sucio y con pelos de otros inquilinos.
  Independientemente está bien, es acogedora y para pasar un par de días está genial
