You’re about 15 minutes from the city center by car, and honestly, the free parking here is worth its weight in gold — anyone who’s tried to park in Stuttgart’s center knows what I mean. The neighborhood feels residential and quiet, which couples seem to absolutely love (and I can see why). There’s a decent bakery just down Scharnhauser Straße, and you’ll find a proper supermarket within walking distance for stocking up on essentials. The location strikes an ideal balance between accessibility and peaceful seclusion.

  Great rooms. with bathroom and kitchen facilities these are more like comfortable and clean studios.
  Only 10 minutes driving from the exhibition centre and airport.

  The property was very modern. Interia of the apartment was nice , clean and at a good standard.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the furnishing’s was worn. Sofa bed was Brocken in places. And we couldn’t get the air con to work. The top level was so hot because of this.

  Spacious,Tastefully decorated, everything new and clean ,kitchen fully equipped, not so far from Stuttgart, bus stop is at the door step of the building , airport is 12-15 minutes from away.

  Quiet location, very clean, good facilities, host Luca was lovely and very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Quite far out of city centre, but easy enough to get to on public transport as the bus stop is right outside. Our room was a bit small for a family of four for 5 nights, but there are large rooms available.
