  Location for us was good, near food shop, but it's a industrial area and close to the Porsche museum.
  
  What could be improved: Problems with parking as first night we have to leave a car on the street at area for the bus and take a risk to be fined, but we were lucky, nothing happens and we find a place on the street. The room window very small and you can reach a trees with hands, also frogs concert is easy to hear:)
