  The property is at the top end of town. The other side to main station. I found this a pretty good location. The price is fair and the check in check out made super easy and autonomous

  1. Great location, near the S-Bahn station and Johanneskirche with lake.
  
  2. We got the room we were asking for, 2. floor, north-east view, which is really rare. We are thankful for that.
  
  3. Solution for the kitchen was at first surprising, but it’s actually very good.
  
  4. Restaurant personnel was great. When we arrived, we should have left the filled registration form in the mailbox, but it was dark and we were so tired that we couldn't see it (photo we received wasn't so precise). During the day is, of course, visible. Woman from the restaurant help us to find it. 🙂 Last day a man helped us with our luggage. Great people.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, so we have to sit on the chair in the hallway in the evening to communicate with our friends and family. The next day we complained and we were offered another room by a very friendly receptionist, but we liked our view and we already unpacked everything, so we decided not to move. There are 3 rooms without Wi-Fi connection, which is very unusual today.
  
  2. Some minor inconveniences:
  – Lack of hooks in the bathroom, for our small towels and staff when you take a shower. There were 6 hooks in the kitchen, unnecessary.
  – There was only one nightstand with large glass surface, and other side of the bed was right next to the wall, so you have to crawl out of it. There could be two smaller nightstands.
  
  We will rate it 9 only because the Wi-Fi, otherwise it would be 10!

  The communication previous to arrival was excellent at any point. Clear instructions were given to find the keys and the apartment entrance, including pictures that helped a lot. Also the flexibility to check-in late as our flight was delayed.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom is compact but suitable for a couple. The lack of aircon was well compensated leaving the windows open during the night as teh weather was hot but the surroundings are very quiet.

  What could be improved: Furniture had stains and it was very hot, was on the 4th floor and it was a lot higher in temperature than any other floor and probably 5-10° higher than outside. Not sure why. No aircon just a fan.
